Marriage
counseLling
Marriage is hard work. Authentic spousal joy is always under the weight of the cross. At times, be it gradual or sudden, married life can get excessively messy and painful. Even the greatest of marriages experience hardships and stand in need of intervention. Do not be ashamed to seek help for your marriage. It is worth it.
Parish

Start with your parish. Approach your priest to start off your journey with prayer and discernment. If specialised assistance is needed, your priest might refer you to a parish-based counsellor or an external counsellor. He might also refer you to a specialised ministry such as Retrouvaille or a marriage enrichment ministry/program.
Retrouvaille
Do you feel lost, alone or bored in your marriage?
Are you frustrated, hurt or angry with your spouse?
Are you constantly fighting? Or, do you simply shut down?
Have you thought about separation or divorce?
Does talking about it only make it worse?
Do you feel like giving up on your marriage?
If you are reading this, and answered yes to any of the above questions, then the chances are that you are stuck in either the disillusionment or misery stage of your marriage. We can help you out of the hole you find yourselves in.
